I was taken off the medication and then had a really bad week and had a soda and now I am having a horrible time stopping drinking it again. I do really well but Pepsi is my go to when I am stressed. I started drinking soda again, working nights, and being sedate due to my job and sleeping hours gained 30 pounds in less than a month, and I feel like crap all the time.
