Just looking for something new Hey, I'm newly divorced, not ready to jump right back into a relationship or anything serious, just looking to see whats out there and meet new people. There is zero chance you will read this, but typing it makes me feel better. I am a proud alone dad. Beautiful couples waiting casual encounter Alaska Maybe we can get to know eachother a bit over a few emails or s on the way to the theater, then sit in the back row like teenagers. And here we go. I am waiting for someone who likes to actually go out and do things.
Chef Chris Santos' sophisticated, mutli-ethnic sharing menu lends itself perfectly to celebrations and group dining for parties of 10 to guests. Certain individuals with certain health conditions may be at higher risk if these foods are consumed raw or undercooked. It was a wonderful evening.
We absolutely loved our dining experience at Beauty and Essex from the moment we walked through the doors. The service is great and the menu is delightful. Ladies - make sure you pop by the bathroom at some point during the evening! Different menu with a few similar dishes. We ordered 7 small plates and 3 desserts, it was all out standing.
We will be back for sure. A little posh but not over the top. The oysters are a favourite. Strongly recommend the truffle meatballs and the tuna tacos! Loved our whole experience! The peruvian chicken was the absolute best!!!! My palate has never tasted anything of its kind, just amazing.
This place blew me away! You have to go here for dinner! My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and they made us feel special the whole time. To top it off, it was the best food we had on our whole trip!
We will be coming back and telling everyone about it! Staff was very attentive and a nice surprise with watermelon froze shots on our server for our anniversary. Place was very classy and active. Their house wine was very good and we had bottles of wine and champagne to share.
We had restaurant week. Starters were solid, the salmon entree I had was one of the best, if not the best, salmon entree I ever had. It wasn't dry and it was flavorful. Cherry sorbet was refreshing and delicious!
I ordered the veal penne and my date ordered the burger. The only thing about the food that wasn't stellar was the fact the goat cheese overpowered both of our dishes. It would have been much more enjoyable without the cheese, but we know that for next time. The best thing of the entire night was the broccolini - definitely recommend! The ambiance is romantic and quaint, the service is great, and the food was overall very good. We'll definitely be back.
Very cool atmosphere and spot, good specialty drinks, even though really pricy. Food was good, I would recommend the grilled cheese dumplings for sure. Took 25 minutes of waiting after our reservation time to get seated. They did offer free prosecco and an app on the house to apologize for the wait. Energetic spot with a good atmosphere and surprisingly great dishes.
The grilled cheese dumplings are not to be missed! Waitress must have been on her first night, number of time dropped the cutlery. Spilt my drink on table. Food comes out super fast. I felt as though it was in and out type of vibe, Yet the decor tells me otherwise.
The restaurant had a very nice design with nice couches and a beautiful bathroom with a bar inside serving rose wine. Some of the dishes were great! I would recommend the pastrami carpaccio, the french toast bite with tomato sauce forgot the name exactly , the burger, and the braised short rib. Pleasantly surprised, the decor, the service, the food, the bathroom?! Go see for yourself. Great food, excellent service! Great food and drinks. A really cool spot hidden behind a pawn shop.. I suppose in the interim while the schtick and decor remain on point the culinary chops of declined.
Burned waffles, charcoal broiled french fries, overdressed unseasoned chicken sliders?? NOT what I was accustomed to in my prior dining experiences. Wish there would have been more of a dress code for downstairs brunch. Service, bar and staff were amazing. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Food is second to none. Enjoyed the venue and food. Great variety and really tasty. The waitress was rushing us to order and pay.
Everything else was good. It was our anniversary and they brought us 2 complimentary glasses of champagne. Food was also amazing!! Very loud and not a quiet place. Food is impeccable here. Service is decent - good but not the best.
Lovely food and service. Beauty and Essex has a very stylish, elegant decor. I was very impressed when we entered the dining room. We ordered from the Restaurant Week menu - the kale and apple salad was delicious and a good size; the shirt ribs were delicious but the portion seemed small; my friend ordered the ravioli which was also delicious but a small portion.
For dessert we had the chocolate and peanut pops the size of two lollipops and the doughnuts, there were four of them and they were very good. Overall we were having a good time. Then as we were eating dessert the waitress asked if we wanted anything else - we said no.
Within 30 seconds the bill was on the table. Within two minutes she asked me if the check was ready?!? At this point the restaurant was busy but there were plenty of seats available. A minute later she came around again as we were getting the money together.
As soon as we were done with the bill, she was at the table. She opened the bill holder at the table and started thumbing through the cash to make sure we left enough money. Are you kidding me?!? I will never go to this restaurant again. Those last five minutes ruined my whole experience. You enter on Essex into a memorabilia shop; that's what I will call it.
The door opens into elegance. The custom couches and lamps set off with candles generate an intimate experience. Wonderful treasure in the city! Terrific atmosphere with amazing food. Some of the table faves - crab rangoons, tomato soup dumplings, spaghettini and the thick cut filet Save room for the warm doughnut holes for dessert Sign up Sign in.

Great fun and food experience!!! Worth doing once and it's great doing over!! This place won't disappoint. We were a bit disappointed with this restaurant. We ordered the lobster rolls and the lobster was overdone. The tomato soup dumplings were delicious. Different than any other restaurant I've been to. I was impressed with the food and service. There was some kind of technical difficulties using my Open Table gift card.
They called Open Table for us and because of the delay they apologized and offered us free dessert. Not sure if the problem was on their end or open table but I wasn't expecting anything free but the S'mores dessert was awesome.
Will definitely be back next time we're in Vegas! We visited the original in new York which was more of a club atmosphere This one was a very classy restaurant! Food was excellent and reasonably priced. The drinks were very tasty!
The food is amazing and the service is top-notch. The design finishes are exquisite. Food costs range between reasonable and expensive. My value rating is 'Good' and not outstanding because of the price of cocktails. For this reason, as a local, I would not necessarily return for dinner but rather for lunch when cocktails are not generally consumed. Had a fabulous meal with great service. Requested a booth when booking with open table and had the best seat in the house!
The grilled cheese dumplings with tomato soup and the empanadas were our favorite. Can't wait to go back! We had dinner here to celebrate my birthday. Ordered 6 small plates to share Finally rest of order was brought to our table. Manager then stopped by to apologize and offered 2 desserts at no charge. Desserts were delicious but rest of food was mediocre. We were in Vegas for 5 days and had wonderful food at every other restaurant but Beauty and Essex was a big disappointment.
Really cool concept like you are walking into the back of a pawnshop. Food was really great. And they bring you however many pieces you need to share with a group.
I would recommend this to a friend. We all had a great time. Their wine list isn't extensive but there are definitely options for every taste. The food was great, and our server made sure everyone was able to try all the dishes. She was attentive enough so that we weren't 'left hanging' but also gave us enough space so as not to be over bearing. Overall it was a very good experience. Our server was excellent, she knew the drink and food menu which made our choices easier. The service was excellent, and the food was incredible.
The bar area was noisy so I was worried the restaurant would be super loud, but that wasn't the case. Love the decor, theme, food, and service. Love that they have music and gorgeous girls walking around. Waitress was dull, standoffish and completely without an opinion when asked about dishes. They spilled water all over me and my boyfriend and one of our dishes.
The dish was replaced but we were not comp'ed anything, which would have been fine, had there been a real apology to go with it. It felt very unwelcoming. Terrible compared to the NYC location. Was recommended and did not disappoint.
I've eaten at the location in NY and this one was just as good!!!! The decor is outstanding and the food amazing! I was so excited to see this restaurant in Vegas! Loved every aspect of the meal. Had 4 small plates plus desert and they were all outstanding. The scallops were close to the best ever and the tomato dumpling soup was amazing. Our waitress was detailed - friendly and helped us make some decisions as to what to order!
Food was fabulous and the ambiance was amazing!! Alex I think was our waitresses name - she deserves a shout out! This was so good. Have to come back to have more of those small plates. Everyone we had was so yummy. So friendly, but not overly so. Our server Alexandria was great! Very helpful with suggestions and extremely attentive We will be back! There is not a high enough rating for this place. It's amazing on all levels.
Ask for Ian in Vegas to be your waiter. Service and food was great, however our host rather creatively up sold a few extremely expensive items without pointing out their exorbitant cost. So while the food was delicious, that left a bad taste in my mouth. Loved this new gem at the cosmo the decor is beautiful. The music was a notch too loud IMHO could be taken down a tad and still be enegetic about it.
Food was pretty good. But was soooo loud. Probably loudest restaurant i ever ate at. Couldnt hear my husband or the waitor. Gave us a headache. Great selections of outstanding food. Loved the Onion soup dumplings and lobster rolls. Definitely going back to try the rest. This was a great birthday date night for us. Great location, atmosphere, theme, etc.
Great menu, service, food, and experience. Very nice craft cocktails, good noise level, friendly staff, food was a little different and interesting but very good. Good price and value For Las Vegas. Very enjoyable evening with my wife. Food is fantastic here!!! Everyone was overly friendly and the overall experience was great. Definitely a must visit if you're headed to Vegas! Can't say enough good things about this place. Great tapas style food, slower overall service and very low light atmosphere.
Yummy food, amazing service. I can't have gluten and server gave me gluten free menu and checked in on me several times to make sure I was enjoying my food. Enjoyed a great dining experience with a bachelorette group and had the best night out! The servers were very attentive and the menu options were perfect for a group. All of the items we ordered were amazing and notable. Definitely a great choice for a fun start to a night out in Vegas!
Every sharing plate we ate was fantastic! Highly recommend this trendy, electric restaurant. Definitely a spot to start your Vegas night. Was my mother's 70th birthday the team went out of their way to do everything possible the service was spectacular the food was outstanding been to the New York restaurant which is also outstanding Las Vegas restaurant is superb.
Our server Lily was most informative about the dishes, our questions, and the Chefs desire to put a wonderful menu together of complimentary cuisines and flavors! Waitress was awesome in just bringing out different plates based on kind of food we like and we had one person who was gluten free that had no problem eating the same things.
Our waiter was fantastic and the food was great. I literally had to scream at my friends for them to hear me and vice versa. I would go here again but not on a Saturday night. Food is really good, ambiance is really cool, but the noise in the restaurant was so loud I couldn't hear the person next to me talking. I have been here before and it wasn't that loud, so most likely I just won't go on a Saturday night again. Only true miss was the cauliflower, which was seasoned poorly.
Avocado toast was a winner as was the spaghettini dish. Service was disjointed as our server got sat with a large party. Another server came over to support but they were often not on the same page about where we were at with our meal tried to take our order twice, etc Overall, decent value on food, good looking crowd and fun environment.
The restaurant is beautiful, well appointed decor. Huge drawback was the noise level. It was so loud I couldn't here my waitress when she was talking about the menu. I had to talk very loud for anyone at our table to hear me. I am unsure about recommending this place. Delicious food to share. Have been back twice and love trying new menu items, but the grilled cheese dumplings are my favorite. My only complaint is that the noise is extreme and it is very difficult to hear your companions across the table.
The apple and kale salad was great. The Thai shrimp was delicious! One person at our table didn't get her burger for a long time, so after we talked to a manager we were comped on that food. Fun atmosphere for loud girls night out. My husband took me to this restaurant for a birthday dinner.
We've eaten at many of the top chef's restaurants in Vegas, but Beauty and Essex was not impressive. We really expected more for the price. The service was not good at all. We were seated for 20 minutes before our waiter came. He was delayed in getting to us because he was dealing with a dissatisfied couple seated next to us.
It took awhile to receive our food, and it was cold and not flavorful. This is not a restaurant that I would recommend. Was in town for the week on business and this was the best place we ate. We were so impressed from the moment we walked in. Loved that the restaurant was undercover behind a funky pawn shop! The best Mac and cheese, actually the best pasta we have ever tasted. Great service, ambiance and flavors worthy of licking the plates.
The food was very good. Would recommend the poke tacos, cauliflower, mac n cheese and the lobster rolls. But really everything was great. Super fun will be back. Not inexpensive but had a great time. Awesome service, great atmosphere and perfect fit for a business dinner. Food and service were great, however, it was way too loud. We had a small group of three and had to yell to hear what anyone was saying. Not good for a date or a business meeting. I really hope they find the way to make it so people can enjoy the company of each other better.
The place is beautiful simply beautiful, great service by TJ in the phone and at the time we arrived, service was great at time of describing the menu and concept. Food was excellent top notch. We will visit next time while in Vegas. The noise level was so loud that it was difficult to talk to the person next to you. The food was good but the steak was so over-flavored with pepper that it's pretty much all you could taste.
Overall is fine but would not recommend nor would I go back. Yummy food and fun atmosphere! We just need champagne in the ladies room just like the NYC location! Great food and fun restaurant! We enjoyed ourselves on our date night in Vegas!
We always try to find great restaurants to go to when we come to Vegas for our annual trip - this is now on our list of favorites.
The food and drink was excellent all round - you have to try the grilled cheese and tomato soup dumplings- and the service was awesome! Top it off with really cool decor - I highly recommend coming here when you are in Vegas! Great to share the time with friends. Just a little too loud to be able to be apart of all the conversations across the table. Cool, cozy atmosphere and I liked how the restaurant is kind of hidden. What a fun Saturday night here! The restaurant itself looked great.
Made for a really fun time. We enjoyed many of our dishes. Would definitely come back if I have a chance to visit Vegas again. I loved the secret entrance and the ambiance. I loved the food, especially the tomato soup dumpling! We went here to celebrate our daughter and son-in-law's anniversary while on vacation. They picked the location. We were all very impressed with everything about the restaurant.
It was a little difficult to visit at first, due to the noise level; but, I suspect that is part of the 'vibe' as an energetic, vibrant 'scene'. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to others while in Vegas. Certainly a Manhattan flare in vegas.
Conveniently right in The Cosmo. Best pasta bolognese I've ever had. Great food and drinks. Went there with colleagues and next night suggested it for a business dinner. Servers were very knowledgeable about menu and dietary restrictions. We were so looking forward to this meal.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was a disappointment. There were a few dishes that really shined.. The service pushed toward high end wines without reason, ordering without a priority to pacing, just very grab and go type feel. The filet mignon was ordered medium rare and came out medium well. There were three sauces but until we asked the server what they were, he did not describe.
We were there to celebrate my son's anniversary and had made note of it on the reservation. When asked about dessert, we got ready to order the smores signature dessert. Our server said, oh don't worry, I was bringing that to you all anyway. We are not snobs. We just were sorely disappointed.
Our ratings were generous. Our team had such an amazing dining experience here. We had a lovely server, Anthony, who was extremely accommodating and provided us with great recommendations.
The food was probably some of the best I've had in Vegas. And the cocktails are quite nice too, I think the most popular drink for us was the emerald one:. Previous reviews are true, the service is fast.
If you want a longer dining experience slow it down! Stay in control of your table. Well managed restaurant and lots of fun! Definitely recommend as a cool spot. Pretty restaurant fit with intrigue straight from the entrance.. We ended up eating at the bar instead. I don't make it habit of having a 3 figure bill and eating at a bar Fun tapas style dining. A great variety with usual dishes that all have a unique and delicious twist. The MAC and cheese was particularly delicious. We had a very delightful dinner.
We ordered six items plus donuts for desert and had a nice amount of food for two people. Yellow tail shashimi was excellent as was the tomato soup, chicken meatballs and cinnamon sugar donuts.
Weakest dish was the thai shrimp. Explained to the wait staff we were in no rush they said don't worry the kitchen will space it out Very cool ambiance and fun menu but if you like to enjoy your dinner without being rushed this is not your place Excellent service, gorgeous decor and amazing menu choices! We took my two daughters ages 21 and They absolutely loved the experience.
Will definitely do again when in Vegas. The bone marrow was something good new for us and it was so yummy!! The food was not great. But the drinks, service and ambiance was awesome. I would go back but not for a meal. The food and service were both very good. However, go to this place only if you really like uncomfortable dining experiences. Truthfully, the table turnover rate is very high from what I observed because most people could not wait to eat and then get the hell out of the place.
Dark, cramped, loud and uncomfortable. Perfect for people who neither want to hear each other talk nor see what they are eating. Even the wait staff acknowledges that the place is very uncomfortable for them.
The server said that they really mean 'sharable,' not tapas. Of course, is there anything that can't be shared? So, I guess everything is 'tapas. This adds significantly to the uncomfortable dining experience. Plates balanced on the edge of the table and no room to eat is not what I find acceptable.
Let me try and think what Chris Santos would say if he was being honest - the flavors are good but the presentation ruins it for me! Very stunning venue and excellent drinks. Service was also attentive but the food was rather underwhelming. If you want awesome soup dumplings go to ChoLon in Denver. Incredible experience and ambiance! Fun staff and unique food.
In a second word The service and ambiance were impeccable I just can't get over how disappointed we were with the food. We were here on the 30th for a small wedding dinner. We ended up going with a chef's tasting menu for our group of food and service were fabulous. They even brought out some extra congratulatory boozy desserts alongside our dinner!
Was very curious to try a Chris Santos restaurant. While the food was fine not extraordinary , there were several problems: Diners were packed in like sardines. We were so close, they could hear - and chime in on - our conversation. The restaurant had an interesting decor It was so dark, you could hardly tell. Our server was well-intentioned, but his enthusiasm bordered on being manic. It was roasting in there. Our server told us we had to assign a tip amount before running our card.
That means he saw the tip while we were still there. This made us very uncomfortable. This alone would keep us from returning. We won't go again. Nor would we recommend. This was a truly amazing experience. My new favorite restaurant. My only criticism is that they needed to turn down the music volume a tad so we could hear people on the other side of the table.
Other than that - simply superb! This place is obviously incredibly well-managed. I can't wait to be back in February. The whole experience was amazing. Finally for dessert the Kygo Cloud Nine'S'mores' were probably one of the best desserts I've ever had.
Very rich and must be shared. I've been to the one in New York many times. With that said the experienced I had was awful in Vegas. I have no complaints except for the food.
I ordered 7 dishes and it either came out cold or lukewarm at best. You walk into a pawnshop, and then a backdoor into a speakeasy. Just a one of a kind experience. I would definitely return. The server rushed us through our meal, even when we asked her not too.
This is a tapas place and all the food came out at once Busboy removed plates while we were still eating. Not an enjoyable experience. An amazing dining experience. Creative menu, perfect service and a great vibe thanks to the music and decor. Food does not live up to the hype. Brussels Sprouts have too much sherry vinegar. Cheese bacon tomato soup dumpling was good, but not worth coming back just for that. The kale salad was probably the best entree we ordered so that's pretty sad.
I wouldn't go back. Fun, intriguing menu, delicious. Can't wait to get back to Vegas to explore more of the menu. The perfect spot if you're looking for a beautifully sexy ambiance, a craft cocktail and some delicious tapas. The food and drink are creative, respectably priced and most importantly quite tasty. I'd recommend it for a date with your significant other or a small group of friends. The minute you step in to the restaurant you immersed in an interactive experience.
Hidden behind a door in a Pawn Shop , this fabulous restaurant has an almost ' Speak Easy ' vibe. As you open the door and step inside you are already anticipating that this restaurant is special! All the dishes are meant for sharing. And each dish better than the one you just sampled! We have been to the NYC location and had high expectations. It was my 1 year anniversary and the staff surprised us with a special dessert!
We will definitely be back. You enter in through a pawn shop on the front side of the restaurant which is both creative and fun. Table was not quite ready so we sat with friends for a quick cocktail at the bar, cocktail was ok but a bit strong. Entered into the main dining room and were sat. We ordered several appetizers and because they were so tasty, just kept getting recommendations from our server who was great! It was my wife's birthday so they brought her a birthday shot which made for a great touch at the end of the meal.
Overall great experience, it was very loud but it was a Friday night in Vegas and the place was packed! Great vibe and overall great experience. Unfortunately did not have a chance to eat our dinner at this restaurant. Placed our order but left before served food. The noise was too much! Could not even hear the word our server was telling us. Did not like this at all!
Servers were so nice. Alex is a doll. Water was always filled. I got a special birthday shot which was yummy. Great food and service! However, the portions are small so make sure to order plates per person. Great for special occasions. We loved everything about the restaurant - excellent food, wide variety, great cocktails, impressive wine list - EXCEPT the noise. It was so loud you couldn't hear the server and forget about holding a conversation with the person across the table.
Expected better tasting food for the price. The place was very very noisy. This restaurant is sexy! Great ambience and service. We have been to the one in New York and loved it so thought we must try the vegas location.
Lots of unique dishes. Dim lighting, funky style but very classy - we loved it. It is a bit pricey, but worth it. A top-tier Vegas offering akin to any its neighbors in the Cosmopolitan. Great food, drinks and service. Louder than most, as it maintains a party atmosphere over the meal.
Vegas pricing, but quality enough that you don't feel cheated. Don't miss the onion soup dumplings! Great Variety with Tapas style menus. The BBQ fries were a unique twist on regular fries. The Empanadas were a delight, as well. The smores dessert stole the show- I would come back over and over again just for the dessert.
Food an decor were wonderful. Noise level too high. Variety of food excellent. Desserts not my style. Noise level was way too high, even for Vegas. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday before going out to party. The food was amazing.
It was extremely romantic. And for us two 3 tapas was perfect. Don't fall for the up sale you don't need four tapas at all for two ppl. And my my man can eat. Very disappointed in the experience. Would not go back.
This will not last very long in Vegas and will soon go out of business. Loved the Lamb Chops and the oysters were fabulous. Cant wait to go back. While it isn't NY what is really , it was far superior to many over-hyped restaurants in Vegas. This one actually lives up to the hype. The oven braised chicken meatballs were incredible and seriously could have ordered that twice as well.
My husband had the tuna poke tacos which he said were phenomenal and we ordered the empanadas which we also sent back as they were made with wheat dough and it was so thick you couldn't taste any of the filling and the lobster rolls which we ate but really the sweet potato buns were a bit on the soggy side so pass on those if you are thinking it might be an option for you.
Here's the one problem with this restaurant aside from the fact that a few of the items were hit or miss , the service. Our server was a bit ego-centric and irritated me. I'm very well versed in food and we were treated a bit like dirt to be honest - he was very condescending. We will definitely go back because we love it overall, you just have to be prepared to spend a small fortune because you will order a lot but if you do it well, you will be full and happy having had a variety of amazing items.
The site says casual but they turned us away because our fashionable hats were not permitted inside. We had to go back to the hotel to change. After we were full they gave us a free dessert we couldn't eat. Cauliflower was dry and under cooked and mac n cheese was low on the short run but all else was good. Food good, shareable menu items. Ambiance and decor bar none in terms of interest, uniqueness and beauty. Food was 'par' at best. Broccolini were ridiculously salty and lobster roll was a miss, cocktails were okay Why do the Vegas locations of a few of my favorite restaurants always miss the mark?
Wasn't as good as NYC. Service was not all that. Food was just okay. This was a unique place feeling like a pawn shop of estate jewelry and other memorabilia. Very friendly and knowledgeable of merchandise. When you pass through the next door it feels like a 'speak easy' with the walls being transparent because they are not solid but are picture frames with necklaces etc. Lighting was Art Deco and others were elegant chandeliers. Noise level VERY high but great food made up for the noise.
Really enjoyed and will return. An elevated, stylish take on comfort food favorites served tapas style, with a well-curated cocktail menu. The dining room is dark and romantic, but the atmosphere is loud and energetic.
Great place for a date night dinner before hitting the town. Try the grilled cheese and tomato soup dumplings with crumbled bacon - so delicious! Great date night for couples looking for an exciting night with great cocktails and good food but don't want the nightclub scene.
Interesting meal with small portions but lovely quality. Quirky and gimmiky but worth a visit. I came here with a group for my husband's birthday. The food was good - not great.
The restaurant is really beautiful. This seemed like a lot to us. He pointed out which items were his 'favorites'; it was crazy how his favorites were all the most expensive items on he menu. We chose 6 items, and he asked us again if we wanted to add on the most expensive item on the menu the tomahawk steak.
Like the tomahawk steak. If I ordered a platter of desserts, then he would have the kitchen write happy birthday on the plate. He really turned the whole table off of the food. Great good , decor, and service! However, if you're wanting a quiet place for a date night this is not it. It is very loud! Very good food with more hits than misses. The noise, however, is eardrum-busting. A great experience starting with a quick look at items in the pawn shop.
Great drinks and the onion soup dumpling appetizer was amazing. Entrees where equally as good! Impeccable service made the entire experience very memorable. We dined at Beauty and Essex on a recent trip to Las Vegas. It was, in a word, outstanding. Our server was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and engaging. The food was exceptional. We cannot wait to go back!! We could not hear each other talk at the same table.
We didn't get greeted by anyone when we arrived.. Everything was a bit unorganized and not thought through. The one in New York is way better!! What a fun evening! The small bites were delicious and we loved getting to try so many things.
Gotta have either of the dumpling choices. Skip the veggie side dishes and stick with the other fun options. Also loved the atmosphere Perfect for special occasion. Fantastic service by wait staff and water guy, etc. Awesome restaurant right from the start!! Food was creative and tasty, great service. Definitely celebration or fun night out place. Having been to the New York location our expectations were high Food and ambiance was amazing.
We had the dry aged steak with ginger soy broccolini, and for appetizer we had the chile relleno empanadas. The food was all great tasting. The cocktails were also superb.
The waiter was great, as he went over the whole menu, and made awesome reccomendations. Everything about this place is spectacular from the food to the service. The food is great. The service is great. The ambiance is great. Most all of the food is served tapas stile.
The items to choose from are unique. The peanut butter ice cream desert is a killer. We were in Vegas so the atmosphere was fun. Seared tuna was overly peppery. The broccolini was difficult to cut. Shrimp cocktail had no flavor. Yellowtail sashimi was drowning in sauce.
Chicken arepa was good. Service was very attentive though. Awesome ambiance and menu. Food was poor and luke warm. Seems like they pump out too much food and it's like a conveyor line. I loved the innovative dishes, particularly the French onion soup dumplings. The restaurant is very stylish and charming-just the type of eatery one would expect at The Cosmopolitan. This place was unique and beautifully decorated. I would recommend this place for groups and dates.
It is very loud and lively so don't expect a quiet, intimate, romantic atmosphere The food was good not great. Our waiter was pleasant and very attentive. It was really loud and tough to hold a meaningful discussion. Ate here with 4 other people as a friends get together we are from out of town. Interesting 'theme' restaurant and food was very good. They feature small plates and the food was quite good. It was a Friday night and the place was busy and also quite noisy.
There were lots of friends groups there; seemed like a great place to go for that type of evening. It was hard to hear each other so I wouldn't recommend it for a quiet evening. Love everything we tasted! Even tough we were a party of 8 and it took them 45 mins to seat us, which we were a little frustrated but the manager was very apologetic and made sure we were taken care of, by comping our drinks. Love the atmosphere , energy of the restaurant and the food!
The scallops smelled extremely fishy. We had to send them back. The Cauliflower was burnt. Black cauliflower tastes burnt. Sent those back too. The flavors of the toast we ordered were plain, not married together well. Just so you know, we aren't food snobs. We don't usually send food back.
But some people appreciate that while trying to have dinner. Great place to go out with friends. Food is great specially if you ask for several dishes to share. Service a bit slow but friendly. Would definitely go back!
The place is way too loud to be enjoyable. I was literally yelling at my partner throughout dinner. Service was slow and confusing.
I'm still not sure who my waiter was. We won't be back or recommend to others. Food was extremely salty. We did not eat a thing. The cheese they used stunk up the entire restaurant that it was getting unbearable to even sit there. For what they charge, disappointed.. They were very nice about it though and took everything we didn't eat off the bill and apologized. Amazing food and atmosphere! Every bite had so much flavour.
We heard great things about the NY location. The atmosphere and vibe was great. The food was amazing!!! We can't wait to go back!
Beautiful dining room, delicious food, friendly staff. It was a little loud when we first got there but after a few really large tables cleared out it was perfect! Started off as a nice evening but went quickly downhill. We had to move from our first table because they were trying to fit a large group in beside us.
